Now called Forge Martial Arts but still amazing. Part of NMAA Taekwondo and a great place to get in shape, learn self-defense, confidence or develop a new skill. Instructors are friendly, down-to-earth and excellent leaders in the community. Great for ages 3 and up, lots of activities for young children and with competitive rates compared to other schools in the area.

Life skills are something we all need, and Martial Arts is a great way to allow instructors to team up with parents and teach kids these very skills. It has worked well for my two boys; and my wife and I still train with them. Great family time while getting in a workout. Come see/try for yourself.
