I have tried for three months to get an estimate. Called them many times and was promised one but never received one.

Kent came out to our house on April 30, 2019 to look at our basement and he told us he would get an estimate to us. It is now nearly 6 months later and we have yet to receive our estimate. My husband and I have called 3 or 4 times in the past few months to check on our estimate and each time we have been told “it’s on the top of his stack”, but still nothing. We’ve had Burnham Basement complete work for us in the past when the former owner was there and we were pleased with the work so that is why we wanted to go with them again; however, this experience has been very frustrating and I’m sure our basement issue is only getting worse.
