Excellent customer service. I had an issue with my order at the olathe location and was sent up here but they didn't have what the olathe folks thought they did. To make it right they offered to deliver it the next day. I understand things happen and they actually did something to make it right which seems harder and harder to find.

Woody at McCray lumber is awesome! We were having a hard time finding the color Trex we wanted at the big box stores. The ones that did have it couldn't ship for another 2 months! McCray not only had the color we wanted, but had it at a better price, and delivered it 3 business days after the order was placed! Not a single piece damaged either. Woody made the process quick and painless. Will definitely use them again!
