A tree fell on my home/roof 5/31. The roof repair was completed on 8/26. When it finally was completed, (after having to call them to keep things going), the crew left nails, trash, and debris everywhere. This included a large number of nails all around my children's play set, all over the driveway, and trash everywhere all around the house.
The repair itself was acceptable. The photos are everything collected throughout the worksite after they left and what was lying in the driveway. The photo of the large amount of trash/nails does not include those we found later in the driveway.
We had a pretty frustrating experience with AFC Cleaning and Restoration. We hired them to have our air ducts cleaned in our house. They charge per vent then spray an antimicrobial agent in the ducts after cleaning. The first tech that showed up to our house was 3 1/2 hours late and did not have all the tools to complete the job. Multiple vents were never even touched. He let us know that he was done with the job and my wife asked about the antimicrobial spray. He informed us that he did not have that machine on his truck and would have to come back at a later date. If I could give this company 10 stars I would! I had a wonderful experience from the start of my claim to finish. Big shot out to Greg & Steve, they were there to answer any & ever question I may have head. My basement was made new again and it was hassle and worry free.
