Brandy Thomas is a pleasant person in Customer Service. She is eager to help and if she does not know the answer to my question, she is quick to find it. Initially I talked with Brandy on the telephone but since she is helpful to me on email. Her response is very quick, most often the same day. Good Job, Brandy.Jon Farra has serviced my Pella windows from wrapping an already installed window to replacing the blind turners that were broken or hard to turn because of age and repairing screens and sliding doors.
