We had a terrible experience yesterday with another company who came out spent 2 hours trying to figure out what was wrong couldn't figure it out then charged us $350 with a follow up email for $2500 to fix the "problem" that they couldn't find. So I called Wichita heating and air that same day after 5 pm for a non emergency call and they called me back within 5 minutes. The technician was super friendly on the phone took all of my information down and set an appointment for 11am the next day. I received a call around 9am saying they were headed my way. Wow! What a great experience! AC went out yesterday. Called at 8am this morning and Maddex was here by 8:30. He was friendly, informative and respectful. He got the job done in a timely manner and went above and beyond what I anticipated him to do! Bonus that he was so young! I love to see a company give the younger crowd a shot to gain knowledge and experience! I will use this company again for all of my AC needs! Thanks Maddex!
They worked us into their schedule last minute and did an ac repair. They also worked with our home warranty company.Grateful They could do the repair on a hot day to get us cooling properly again.
