He's not my primary care physician, because I live in Tennessee, but he took control and spearheaded everything that needed to happen for my illness. Besides seeing me several times himself, he and his incredible staff took the time to call a hematologist and gastroenterologist, discussing my situation with them, asking them what blood tests they would need before I would see them, took the blood samples, and made the appointments for me to go see these other two specialists. I've never heard of a doctor going out of their way to help someone like Dr. Records and his wonderful staff helped me. I can't thank them enough!!“
