My cat had a blood test on Friday and the vet said she would call me with results that afternoon. She did not call. On Monday I called and asked about it and was told the vet would call me that afternoon. No call. On Tuesday I called again and was told the vet would call that afternoon. Again, no call. The next day I emailed the clinic expressing my concerns. That all occurred three weeks ago, and I still have not been contacted by the vet. I get the distinct impression El Paso does not care about me or my cat. I'm sure I can find another vet who cares.
I've been spreading the word about El Paso Animal Hospital for a very long time now! I wouldn't trust any other to take such great care of my baby girl, but you'll! Dr. O is the best there is in the WorldI went to Brenda's retirement party tonight, and it was a great turnout. I really enjoyed myself!
Been bringing my cat here for about 3 years. It's always been an amazing experience. My cat is very skittish and afraid of most people, but the staff always are helpful and make sure he's taken care of. They are always very knowledgeable and have the answer for any questions I have.
