When my crown came loose over the weekend, he went above and beyond by opening the practice to fix it on a Saturday, shortly after contacting him, knowing I was leaving for vacation soon. I’ve been going here for about 20 years now- since I was a tiny person! I have NEVER had a bad experience here. They are honest, patient, and kind. I made the mistake of going to a dentist closer to my house once, and it was terrible. I will always make the 30 minute drive to Derby Family. Thank you guys for being amazing.
Highly recommend! Friendly front desk staff, you can fill out new patient forms online so check-in is quick. Caryn was very thorough while cleaning and gave good recommendations.The dentist was polite and the cleaning process was painless.Honestly the environment was very relaxed and soothing but still very professional.
