Dr. Banister is so cool and such a great doctor! The office is beautiful!

The front desk ladies are a little stuck up and condescending. It has made me extremely nervous coming to my appointments before but if you can make it past the front desk…….. the experience will be great.

I absolutely love Derby Eye Care. Everyone is wonderfully friendly and seem to make it a habit of going out of their way to ensure the best possible care. Recently, a nerf gun war led to a dart in my husband's eye. The pupil went oval and, as it always happens, this was on a Sunday. I was able to call Dr. Banister that day and get advice on what to do. Not only did he help me avoid an urgent care bill, but also gave me an extensive list of what to look out for and what to buy to help him heal. I took my 2.5 yr old in for an eye exam and I was blown away by the staff and especially Dr. Banister! They took amazing care of my son and got a thorough eye exam accomplished by playing games and asking fun questions. Dr. Banister reviewed his findings with me and answered all of my questions. By the end my son was so comfortable he gave Dr. Banister a hug and now keeps asking to go back. I thoroughly recommend Derby eye care!
