Redbird Service Co and Houston are outstanding! Every time I need their service, it's almost like he drops whatever he's doing and is there as he said, "within the hour!". Every time we have called, we were serviced most of the time same day or when really busy a day or two later. Always a great experience, he explains everything that was wrong and what was done to fix it as well as what to watch for in the future. Great service!

We woke up this morning & our AC was no longer working, of course on a day it is supposed to be 106 degrees. RedBird was the first place we called & Houston was able to fit us in-between his other scheduled clients & he showed up hours before we were expecting him. He was able to fix our problem & helped fix some issues we didn't even know we had! We can't say enough great things about this company & we will definitely be using RedBird again in the future & recommending to anyone who needs HVAC work done.Services: A/C system maintenance
