I had a difficult plumbing issue and after 6 weeks without a toilet I was getting desperate. I had called two other plumbing businesses in town neither of which responded. I finally reached Vernon Hess. Not only did he respond but he showed up when he said he would, called if he would be late etc. great service, very customer oriented and fixed not only my immediate problem but things I was unaware of. I could not be happier. And yes, I have my bathroom back better then ever! Wholeheartedly endorse him..
