He showed me a picture of the work done in the crawl space and of the inside of galvanized pipe he replaced which was VERY nasty. “UPDATE! Since the incident the manager from MVP Aaron did reach out to me to make the situation right. He was very friendly and accommodating. They sent out another technician Isaac, who was friendly, knowledgeable and reset my toilet as well as performed the camera diagnostic service. I'm very pleased with the outcome and they did make the situation right. I would feel comfortable using them again in the future Horrible service and unreliable. I called them to come out and unclog my basement drain. The technician they sent in my opinion wasnt experience and basically got nothing accomplished. He couldn't get the drain unclogg and then took up my basement toilet to try it that way which didn't work either. I was then told that they would send out another technician the next day with a camera to see where the blockage was. I literally took off work to wait for the technician. Needless to say no technician ever showed up. I called them several times to inquire about the technician ETA, just to be lied to 3 different times saying he was coming, he was finishing up his job and I was next. Short of it is, it's 3 days later and no technician has showed nor have they reached out to me. I finally had to pay another plumber to come out and unclog the drain. I paid MVP for service that wasn't performed and my toilet is still pulled up. Thanks for the inconvenience. I will not be using them moving forward and I will be cancelling my monthly subscription.“

“October 11, 2024. Dominic arrived right on schedule, listened intently to my description of the work I needed done, asked the right questions, then set about completing it very efficiently. He was very affable through the process, didn't mind me asking questions, and I learned a lot from him. He completed two big jobs in less than three hours, to my perfect satisfaction (and I'm pretty picky). I thought the cost was quite reasonable. “Kevin was amazing when he came out for an emergency situation that required replacing my main shut off valve after it blew off and gallons of water gushed inn to my house. So personable, conscientious and knowledgeable offering lots of additional informations and cautions for me. Great guy and excellent service and reasonable pricing too! Just A month later an insane back up involving my kitchen pipes and washing machine running into the basement. Cameron Had to take a couple stabs at it since it was kind of mess of piping but he came back and worked diligently to eliminate the clog and fix the pipe as a courtesy ! Bless him! “Pool leaked over the Winter until almost all the water was gone when we opened pool this Spring. Chris came out during marginal weather conditions and found and patched our leak within 30 minutes. That was 2 weeks ago and the pool liner has been working perfectly since.

Chris uses an electronic device to find leaks. This was much faster and more effective than the old blue dye technique. Chris saved us a lot of money not having to buy a new liner and a lot of anxiety during the pool opening season. I will definitely use Advanced Leak Locators the next time the liner leaks.“
