“I bought vinyl laminate flooring for the kitchen. In less than a year the joint cracked. There response - it's my fault. I had it taken out and replace with vinyl sheet flooring. I got one year no interest to pay for it and by my second payment - it has a gouge in it. They say it's my fault. I've had kitchen flooring of various types for 35 yeas in KC with no problems. Bought from them twice and they tell me it's my fault that neither floor lasted a year. Unless they have a sale where they are GIVING away product and installation, I will never use them again, nor can I recommend them to anyone. As a side note, I had them install the kitchen floor an one room with carpet. They sent ONE person out to install who was working in my home until midnight. Absolute joke of a company.“
