Great gym! Has all the equipment for any level athlete. They recently add a new hip thrust machine and a curved treadmill. Plenty of squat racks, free weights, pulleys and a smith machine. Small group exercise room and a stretch pad. Showers available for use as well.

Great gym! I was surprised how great this gym is in a small community. I enjoy NCK Wellness much more than I did the gyms in the City. Highly recommend. Very comfortable place to go!! Check it out!!!

They have plenty of equipment to choose from and clear pictures on how to use them or what muscle group they focus on. There are a lot of activities scheduled for members to join. It's clean throughout.
