We first met Katelyn at the closing table when she was the seller’s agent for the home we were buying. We were so impressed with her professionalism and warm personality that we chose to use her services when it was time to sell the home as well. It was a unique situation (due to unforeseen circumstances we had to sell the home just a few months after buying) and Katelyn did a fantastic job for us. We highly recommend her!

Where to begin?! I was quickly impressed with Katelyn's work. She made my experience buying my first home, easy and stress free. She was very helpful in the beginning of our home search, by helping us find homes that were listed and some that weren't even on the market yet! Once we had an offer in on a house she was with us every step of the way. She was quick to get things scheduled and making sure that everything stayed right on track. I would definitely recommend her when looking for your next home!

This was my first home buying experience and so she educated me throughout the searching process about how each of house worked for my loan. She was very patient and never voiced frustration towards me changing my mind about what I wanted in a house each time we saw a new one. She also was a great advocate for me when it came to making sure things were getting done at closing and even after closing. The sellers did not bring their invoice to closing but informed their agent who informed us that all repairs I asked for were complete and proof was on the kitchen counter.
