Everything exceeded our service expectations-- from the scheduling of the appraisal all the way through the final invoice. The painting crew was prompt, efficient, polite, attentive to detail, responsive to questions, and overall took great pride in their work. There were no surprises with the billing and no bumps in the scheduling. This definitely wasn't our normal experience with working with service providers! It was so much better!
Certapro (Ken M**********) wasvery responsive to needs and timeline requests. Had to cancel signed paint project last year and Certapro graciously allowed it without any hassle. When I was ready to resume painting again I did not hesitate to call them again and they completed project earlier than expected and at a very good price. Very honest business to deal with.
