“Our hot water heater flooded our basement in the middle of the night, soaking 1/2 our basement. Our Insurance company assigned Given's to handle the restoration. The showed up when they said they would, had to move lots of stuff in the unfinished storage area, haul out carpet in that area, move a family room full of furniture, sucking up the water, tearing out the carpet pad, extracting the carpet, setting up 12 fans and 2 de-humidifiers. They have been great to work with. Given's will also handle the carpet replacement and install. We are still dealing with the Insurance Co regarding the replacement settlement & they have not been the greatest to work with, but I would highly recommend Given'sServices: Flooring“

“On the day of my appointment, the technicians were running behind schedule by about 45 minutes. They were extremely communicative and updated me as often as they could. Luckily, I was able to rearrange my day and keep the appointment. The main reason I needed a cleaning was due to a few pet accidents I couldn't remove, so I paid extra for the pet treatment. The stains are gone and the carpet appears to be clean, but I can still smell the stains when I'm sitting on my floor. That's a bit disappointing, but the stains aren't visible anymore so I'm hoping to find some DIY odor removal that I can do myself.“
