I called Smith Services on Friday evening of Labor Day weekend due to a leak in our water heater. Ryan was at our house by 9 am the next morning, confirmed our assumption that it needed to be replaced, got a new tank, and had it replaced and functioning by 12:30 pm that same day. Very polite and quick service I highly recommend!!

This spring we chose to have Arrow Fence take on the task of ripping out our old broken fence and install a new 5 foot fence. Kaleb was awesome to work with throughout the whole process. Kaleb was super quick on working with us on our estimate and giving us dates for when the different parts in the project would take place. Kaleb has always been super easy to communicate with and we love our new fence! Kaleb made sure to communicate with us before decisions were made and took the time to make sure the project was done correctly and built to last! We appreciate that Kaleb does not cut corners and is honest with all of his work and expectations.
Tracy is amazing with kids! I took my toddler son for his first hair cut today, and Tracy was so patient with him when he decided the trimmers were not to his liking. Even with all his wriggling, his hair cut came out just as we wanted! We will definitely come back for future cuts!
I went to Epic Vision this last week and it was a great experience! Dr. Andrea was very personable and explained all the options and what would work best for me. The prescreening girl was nice and fast. Lauren and Crystal helped me find several cute pairs of computer glasses (still deciding). I’m glad I made the switch to this location, close to home and great group to work with. Highly recommend 10/10

Our AC went out Thursday night. They were able to come out 9:30 the next morning (Friday). The compressor was bad (need a new unit). They tried a hard start kit to try and revive the compressor and maybe nurse it through the season. It didn't work, so they removed it and didn't charge me for it. The tech had two room ACs and left them for us until we could get the system replaced. They got the parts in the following Wednesday and were able to install the new AC and furnace on the following Friday. The techs were courteous, showed up when scheduled and finished the job before 4 PM. The new system works great!
