The office personnel is well trainedand courteous. Dr. Hartness's assistant is also well trained and also courteous which helped make the experience a pleasant experience. And Dr. Hartness capped the appointment by giving a thorough examination and by explaining my condition and taking time to answer my questions! I heartily recommend Dr. Hartness and staff!

I love Dr Hartness. He's very thorough and informative. I had a new nurse who was less than professional. My appt was at 1:00. She got back from lunch at 1:00. Stopped at the reception counter and visited with the ladies there, about personal stuff, for several minutes. All the while holding my file, but not taking me back to an exam room. She was very loud with her laughter and very unprofessional. When checking my peripheral vision, she held her fingers so far out I could barely see them. We have received excellent eye care at Grene Vision Group, for routine checkups and for macular degeneration. We are always treated courteously, and wait times are short. I highly recommend this practice for your eye care needs.
