They provide superb care with genuine concern, kindness, and attentiveness, making residents feel safe, comfortable, and truly cared for. The active community has plenty of choices and activities. Families note the staff work as a team with them and provide peace of mind, with some feeling the staff are like family. The community aims to serve with dignity in a culture inspired by Christian values.
My brother in law appreciates the care he gets. All the staff is kind and professional. The building is very nice and clean.
Our family faced a difficult decision when my mom was trying to decide where to move after selling her home. Choosing Arkansas City Presbyterian Manor was, by far, the best decision we could have made.
Mom truly enjoyed her independence in her one-bedroom apartment. From the very beginning, both the staff and residents welcomed her with genuine kindness and respect. She has made wonderful friends with other residents as well as staff. She has enjoyed all the activities offered as well. We have never had a complaint.
