There are so many wonderful things to say about Rick’s service. First and foremost, the carpet and rug cleaning performed at our home was impeccable! Second, the price was right on point. As far as customer service, Rick’s rises above the bar. I always appreciate a relationship-based approach to providing a service. I thoroughly enjoyed conversing during the cleaning service and found it to be quite easy to do. It was as if I was a client of Rick’s for ages. I rarely write reviews. It requires a stellar experience for me to do so. My expectations were far exceeded making it pertinent to share my experience and recommend Rick’s.

Rick was able to come out and complete my request to treat our bedrooms for pet odors and he was completed within about an hour and a half. He answered multiple questions professionally and explained the why behind them.He’s professional, quick and knowledgeable.Call Rick!
