We have used Hanna Heating & Air for over 6 years and have been very happy. We have the yearly service plan. They are very responsive when we need service outside of the twice-year cleaning.

My HVAC system stopped working on Monday. The next 4 days were forecasted to be around 100 deg each day. I called Monday afternoon to get the next available appointment - Wednesday afternoon. They were the first to answer. I scheduled the appointment and asked if I could cancel if I got an earlier appointment elsewhere (I didn't). They said "of course" please call as soon as possible so they could service someone else. Here is how it went:1. The initial phone call was answered by a very polite young lady who took the time to discuss the issue and offer suggestions.2.
