“They got my hair done really quickly, and worked extremely hard! I came in late at 5:30 and they started at 7:30 and got me done by 11:30. However, after a closer look, I didn't end up liking my hair length. It was much shorter than I asked for and the ends weren't what I expected. I messaged the owner and asked if she would be willing to fix it or provide me a partial refund. With exception she came in on her off day and fixed my hair for me and it turned out beautiful. I will be going back and I appreciate her willingness to make sure that her customers are happy!“
