However, there are concerns regarding the bedside manner of some nurses and receptionists, particularly about communication with patients concerning their decisions. I love this clinic. I have five children and our whole family goes here. Our main provider is Dr. Clouse but I have seen a couple others and have liked them also. They were all kind, attentive, and talk through options. Nurses and front office staff have always been good too. My one negative is depending on when you call expect a long hold on the phone. I think if they hired another receptionist, either part-time or full-time, that would help a ton. Otherwise, very happy and still giving 5 stars.
This is the best family practice medical group ever! They treat you like family! Everyone in the entire place is so caring and loving! I’d drive forever to be seen here!! God bless them all!!!
Good coaching is hard to find! One year ago last April lower back collapsed from spinal stenosis. I was referred to several PT groups. Finally, in August, my PCP referred me to Dr.Librodo, who has his own physical therapists. His treatments
and his PT people have brought me from a heigth of 5'3" to my full height of 5'6". It has been long and consistent work, but well worth the journey. My treatments and their PT has brought some normalcy back into my life. Me injections worked and after a lay off time after the injection, I have now returned to Dr. Librodo's therapy group to continue strengthening my back. It was like going home.
