“I've been wearing the same glasses for 20 years - a pair of local made nylon "birth control" glasses I found here by a recommendation from my amazingly hip Uncle Tom! My little baby puppy chewed up my latest pair so I called from AZ and they still had me in the system and ordered them for me immediately! They answered the phone without any dumb robots or automated systems making it extremely frustrating. They are locally owned in Wichita and always helpful and very friendly.“

“I really liked the prices, the options and the selection. I didn't really mesh well with the first person I spoke with, she seemed un-genuine. When I returned to pick up my glasses today though (11-30-23) I was seen by a nice and very helpful woman named Chastity. She really took the time to help me adjust to the new glasses and new prescription. I will definitely return.“

“Great experience. Dr. Sparks is very knowledgeable and gives great information. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable as well. On top of all that, I think the kicker was that I never felt rushed (like she needed to just get to the next client) and she was thorough in answering any questions I had. She said they wouldn't close until the last customer was completely taken care of. Excellent customer service. Definitely found my new eye doctor!“
