“I have nothing but amazing things to say about the staff and the doctor. For some background information... I saw a different dentist Friday morning for an emergency. He took 3 minutes looking at me and said let's do a root canal, and we can do it now. Once they came with the estimate I was floored! They were very sales driven and I was not comfortable. So, I left and made some calls around town to get information about fee schedules. After calling nearly a dozen offices Jordan at Village Dentistry took time to speak with me and provided what financial information she could. I asked if they could see me that day and sure enough, they had a spot. Now I am at Village Dentistry. The doctor spends upwards of 30 minutes with me. She goes over all the images, her exam and her treatment plan. She notifies me that there is a substantial tooth infection, and this has most likely been the culprit for the upper respiratory infections and occipital neuralgia that I have been experiencing for a while now. She also listened when I expressed my past expereince with getting numb for dental procedures and let me know that numbing this level of infection will not work. She put me on antibiotics and will do the root canal this week. Great office, great people and wonderful experience.“
