Joe, with Penny Construction and his crew provided quality workmanship and communicated with us throughout and after the roof was completed to ensure we were completely satisfied. Joe also went out of his way (on short notice) to make sure our new addition was covered with moisture barrier prior to a big rain. Thanks.

We recently had our roof replaced by Penney Construction. The quality and craftsmanship exceeded our expectations. Joe took the time to come back after completion to make sure the roof was blown off, gutters cleaned and all nails/debris was removed from the yard. I highly recommend Penney Construction and will use them for future needs.Leon & Dee Simon

Joe was very helpful with the insurance company and convinced them of the right way to do the job. The roof looks good, and Joe & the crew cleaned up nicely after the job was done.

Placing a high value on attention to detail ensures a high quality finished product. In 2014 we acquired a class “B” license to offer services to commercial customers. If we’re not confident we can do it as well or better than 99 percent of the companies out there doing any of the services we offer, we don’t offer it. We believe in hiring skill & expertise & that’s what we offer in our business. We’re a family business & we’ve employed each of our four children during the summers & Saturdays during the school year. We’ve also employed our brothers, uncles, cousins, nephews, & each of our fathers over the years.
