I was looking to have my A/C and Furnace swapped out and Ron at Frank's Heating and Plumbing was recommended by a friend. I contacted Ron who came out within a few days and provided me with a quote which I considered very reasonable. This was not an emergency as my current system still functioned. Within a few weeks Ron reached out and scheduled a date. Everything went as planned, Ron and his two sons did the swap out and everything looks and runs great. Very pleased with the service, responsiveness and price. No pressure to upgrade to things not needed or sign up for any type of service plans. I felt all of my questions were answered well. We have used Frank’s for years for both AC and Furnace maintenance and repairs. Always affordable and prompt service! One of the nicest guys around. This is a small town mom and pop business that treat their customers as such. No, they do not return your phone call within 30 minutes (they check their phones twice a day, in am and pm) but after they arrive for service/repair he will give you his personal cell if you have any other issues.
