My elderly parents requested a quote to do some yard clean-up which was discussed with their "salesman". To start with, the gentleman who gave the quote took it upon himself to drive through the yard and leave ridiculous ruts all to accomplish what I had already told him, the trucks would NOT fit where he wanted to go. I will say that the ruts had dirt replaced and grass seed sprinkled on them, but it's still unprofessional to not listen to the property owner. The project was left VERY unfinished! Bushes were not completely removed, holes were not filled and debris was not removed as promised. I asked to see a copy of the quote submitted and he "forgot" it. All in all, thanks for ripping my parents off! now they want MORE money to finish what they left unfinished! I am thoroughly appalled by the nerve of this company!
My lawn had really gotten out of hand due to unforeseen circumstances with my usual mower. I messaged Turf Bros yesterday and had an estimate for my yard within a couple hours! Arrived home from work this morning to a beautifully cut and cleaned up yard! Such a wonderful sight to see after staring at foot high grass for a month! Thank you, Turf Bros! Super professional, fast and friendly service! 5 ⭐️
