We were only with this company for 1 year after our original accountant retired, my husband had one question about the account the response was rude and nonchalant. Really unprofessional company. Our accountant retired and recommend them, but they are the most incompetent group I’ve ever done business with. They sent a disengagement letter over one question. Thankfully our new CPA has been fantastic and actually responds to questions without becoming aggressive and/or defensive, and is always prompt in responding.

Been going to Timpe for tax return preparation for over 20 years. Started when they were in their small office in Speedway and followed them as they moved north to their present location in Carmel. We had some property complexity when we started, but now our returns are simple. In spite of that, they charged over $425 for preparation of a relatively straightforward return for a mature couple filing jointly. It is clear that they no longer value their small family customers. Disappointing when you try to be loyal to a business, but they clearly are not interested in returning the sentiment. After seeing their dismissive reply, I am even more disappointed.

We have utilized the services of Timpe CPA's for almost 2 decades now and cannot highly recommend them enough--if there was a 7 star choice, they would win it!Very fair pricing, extremely competent staff, diligent about understanding the intricate nature of each client's business.Top notch and a breath of fresh air to have as a trusted partner!
