We saw Dr McHenry some years ago. Really loved her . We left bc we had moved and also bc if you had to reschedule it took months to get back in. Well we ended up missing her so called a year later to see her. Was given a date of service then before I hung up the receptionist suddenly asked to put me on hold. She came back and said that since we paid one bill of $30ish late Dr McHenry was no longer taking us. I was in awe and made me question if her “ friendliness “ was even sincere or was she unaware this was happening. I saw another review on here w a similar issue. Very disappointing.

Very disappointed. In attempting to make an appointment for my great niece, I was told there was a past due amount of 35 dollars. Instead of waiting until I could get ahold of her mother and waiting for it to be paid, I gave them my debit information to speed up the process. After taking the payment they informed me that she was no longer an active patient and would not see her. This is the only Dentist she has been ever been to, so she was a patient for about 8 years. I had no problems setting up appointments with her long term Primary Care Doctor nor her Eye Doctor. I just do not believe this is the best way to collect a debt.

Dr. Melissa and her wonderful staff are so geared and gifted towards the needs of children (toddlers and teens as well). Parents are welcomed to go back if they desire with their kids. They completely prepare the child every step of the way whether it's a simple or complex procedure. Thoughtful, nice prizes are offered and my children (and my husband and I) just love her! We have been going there for eight years and have had a range of dental needs with five of our children. So grateful for their kindness and compassion. They clearly love what they do!
