Troy Castner is an amazing inspector! He was very thorough and detailed with his inspection and carefully went over every inch of our new home with us. He was very reassuring and didn’t waste any opportunities to teach my girlfriend and I about the home, as we are first time homeowners. I like the fact that Troy spells out all findings technically in his report, but also that he talks with you in simpler terms about the specifics of his findings, major or minor items, possible remedies, and general condition of the property.
