The container we wanted was available, it was delivered on time, and exactly as requested. They went above and beyond by placing the container in the driveway so that we could still park while using the 30 yard container during our move. Impressed and Happy with service.
Waste Management is great! They are easy to work with. They are comparable in pick to other services in the area. They take medium-sized items without a hassle. The online bill pay and paperless bill is easy to use and understand.
We have had several trash services and always had problems. Waste Management has been great from the beginning! Always on time, very good drivers, takes everything we put out to the curb with no complaints, just an overall great experience.
