I needed to arrange for the burial of my parents' cremated remains in a cemetery plot they already owned, so this was not a real big money maker. Nonetheless, Mikel went way above and beyond to help any way he could. We had to make the arrangements by phone and email, which I am sure complicated things for him a bit. I was very impressed and appreciative of his helpfulness, professionalism and by how he never once tried to push services that I was not requesting or to up-sell anything.
