He made everything easy to understand and really worked around our schedule to get the job done as soon as possible. My wife is 7 months pregnant, so the ac going out was an emergency to say the least. We ended up going with a whole new system at a fair price, relocated the outside unit, new duct under our house and wired the thermostat correctly within just a couple days. With the amount of work done, there were a couple things that needed tweaked a day or two later and he showed up without hesitation to make adjustments.
