“Uncovered water damage & mold. Bobby came out within 24 hours to check everything out and had a plan of attack. He uses great contractors, very knowledgeable, polite, honest and professional. They came out quick to identify the source and made the repairs to the roof. Osie & his team came out, laid down ram board to protect my floors, used plastic and tape to contain the area and prevent dust & debris from getting around the house. Got everything taken apart, cleaned and put back together. “Express Appliance Care has excellent customer service. I had been having continuous issues with a few of my washer and dryer units in one of my multi-unit buildings. He came promptly and gave me suggestions on other issues that I didn't know I was dealing with. Not only did he fix the issues, but he left the units in better working condition than they were when I first received them. He also fixed one of my ovens in another building for my tenant within 24 hours right before Thanksgiving. I would absolutely use them again. Highly recommended!“

“I contacted them during a rainstorm on a Sunday, and Jim came out at noon Monday. (The water heater manufacturer's website gave me his contact info, since he is authorized to service them.) Jim is extremely knowledgeable about water heaters and fixed our problem in a half an hour for a reasonable rate, even though others I contacted wanted to replace our water heater. I would use him to install my next water heater, but he no longer does that .“

Terrell explained to me why this happened and even serviced the radiators to prevent an issue he predicted would be next. While they we’re here they checked everything the boiler and furnace.
