Sue is amazing as a hairstylist. However I am currently trying to schedule a appointment and am unable to reach her. Whether I call during business hours or after I always get a busy signal. Wonduring if she has a new phone number that has not been updated online.

i'm in town from Florida and desperate for a haircut. I called to make sure that they could fit me in without an appointment and after some discussion they said sure can you come now? I said, can I come in my decorative mumu and they said whatever makes you comfortable, so I went. There are many changes for the good on Calumet Avenue. A coffee shop and plants and this hair salon adds to the benefits. I explained how my very fine, baby, fine hair had no body, and all she had to do was cut about an inch or so off, and it would curl in this heat, which is what she did perfectly. I will be coming back through the summer until I go back to Florida in the winter. I'm glad to have found Concepts hair salon.

great customer service. friendly Sue is the owner. She does a great job . I have been going there for over 10 yrs. not only does she. do a great job on my hair. prices are great. , but we have become great friends. Love Cocepts!!!! .
