The service provided by ThermoTech was excellent. Edward was honest, thorough, and so pleasant. Summers Heating and Cooling came out and said my furnace needed replacing for 4,000 dollars plus. ThermoTech came out and Edward repaired it for literally a fraction of the price. The motor needed a good cleaning. I can’t thank this company enough for being honest with its customers. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat.
I saw a friend of my mind with her hair cut so GORGEOUS and was referred to Celia!!! BEST HAIR CUT EVER!!! She took her time and didn't rush through it.. I had layers already which were choppy and more on the stringy side. She redid my layers and it came out Beautifully blended!!! I walked out feeling like a brand new person and I can't wait to go back again.

i'm in town from Florida and desperate for a haircut. I called to make sure that they could fit me in without an appointment and after some discussion they said sure can you come now? I said, can I come in my decorative mumu and they said whatever makes you comfortable, so I went. There are many changes for the good on Calumet Avenue. A coffee shop and plants and this hair salon adds to the benefits. I explained how my very fine, baby, fine hair had no body, and all she had to do was cut about an inch or so off, and it would curl in this heat, which is what she did perfectly. I will be coming back through the summer until I go back to Florida in the winter. I'm glad to have found Concepts hair salon.
I had a very generalized idea of what I wanted…natural look, bit of a cut and possible shape. My hair is curly, tends to frizz, and my natural color is dirty blonde, but had some brassy highlights. Esmeralda was great. She was understanding and gave me options. I’m always worried trying a new stylist because they don’t all understand that curly hair wet and curly hair dry are totally different. When I pick a length, some don’t understand that once dry, it’ll be at least an inch shorter. Esmeralda did! I love the color and toner she did (super natural, but looks rich) as well as the cut and shape. I highly recommend! I’m very happy and excited to have a new go to girl!
