The professionalism and exceptional customer service provided by this company and their staff is a breath of fresh air. From start to finish, everyone I spoke to was incredibly kind and accommodating. Aaron went above and beyond to answer any questions I had and to give me peace of mind. He managed to make my carpets look brand new when I thought I would live with some pretty deep-set pet stains forever. Thank you again!

Ricki did a great job. Carpet and upholstery. Worked diligently. Pointed out where he had worked to remove a few stains, but upholstery wear defeated him. Everywhere else-like new. Very happy with service and communication. Will use PHD in the future. I should have taken a before pix so u could see the difference.
