Rude & unprofessional staff in Critical Care unit. Their were used IV bags & trash left throughout the room when checking on my spouse. After I spoke up about the unacceptable conditions, they ignored her needs for simple things such as water or needing to use the restroom. They made rude comments when she was alone with them. She was released neglegetly the next day with an IV still in her arm & has fallen twice in the first couple of hours of being home.

I've always had positive experiences with Johnson Memorial Health. Although I didn't catch her name, the woman working in medical records at the Hospital on October 2nd and 3rd was exceptionally helpful. I needed to obtain a few forms for my lawyer but wasn't sure of their specific names. However, she was able to locate the correct documents based on my descriptions. Not only was the process efficient, but she was also very friendly and accommodating.
