“Got a perm a few months back and wasn't too impressed with how it looked 2 days later when I was finally able to wash it. Just didn't turn out right. I called the salon and told them my concerns and was told to give it time. Wrong. The hair that frames my face was not curly at all. Which, I could have probably went in and got it fixed but still...“
