“I normally trim my own trees because I'm really picky about such things. After visiting with the folks at Bartlett, I decided to give them a shot. I explained that I would be out there the whole time (I'm retired and do all of my own gardening and yardwork), and would expect the crew to honor what I asked for. Michael, the arborist I initially spoke with said that would not be a problem. I also felt Bartlett charged a fair price. (I got bids from two other companies, one national and the other local. Bartlett was the middle bid and closer to the lower bid than the higher bid.)
