“I went to ProTeam Tactical in Merrillville Indiana where Betsy was my physical therapist. I had a complete tear of one of my quad muscles. I went into PT not knowing if I would have to retire medically. After the first week I still wasn’t sure I would be able to return to work. The second week I was able to improve my range of motion which gave me confidence. By the end of PT I was able to do the full range of the exercises, jog, and sprint. “The physical therapist has been great and the facility is very nice. My only complaint is that it’s very hard to get through on the phone and there are no appointment confirmations or reminders. Occasionally I hit the wrong thing and it would be nice if there was some sort of appointment reminder and confirmation once the appointment has been made.“
