The physical therapist has been great and the facility is very nice. My only complaint is that it’s very hard to get through on the phone and there are no appointment confirmations or reminders. Occasionally I hit the wrong thing and it would be nice if there was some sort of appointment reminder and confirmation once the appointment has been made.

I cannot say enough about this team of people; from Jane, who greets you every day at the front desk to the the professional treatment of Joe K. my primary PT, and the other Physical Therapists. Forever grateful for the patience and care I received after going through the most difficult surgery of my life. I've been to other providers in the past. In my experience, there is no better staff, hospital, PT, than Ortho Indy.
