I feel very welcome when I come in. The two ladies at the front desk are very kind, helpful, and always smiling! Brett is very thorough, really explains things to me, He always makes sure that I understand the exercises and he is always very pleasant !!! I had to go back to work, so i stopped coming. I’ve not numbness or pain since physical therapy w/Brett ! Best of luck to you Brett ! Thank you so much for your help! Merry Christmas 🎄❄️

I live in Muncie so it is an effort to come to Westfield and Carmel for appts. with Kim. However it is worth the time and effort because Kim is so good. Friendly, clear in her instructions, encouraging and patient. Very professional. I also like that she has close communication with Dr. Usmani.
