Recently I did the shock therapy for an upper shoulder issue and it was very incredibly amazing what this did to reduce the pain. His staff is very caring and professional as well.“

“I'm a relatively healthy person (knock on wood), but I've been to this Community Health Pavilion in Carmel multiple times. This place has different doctor's offices and service providers located within this one building. It reminds me of an indoor mini mall, because there is seating in the middle, with offices all around. Me, personally? I've been here to visit the Quest Diagnostics for blood draws, visited the walk-in breast screening services for my yearly mammogram, had an X-ray done for abdominal woes, and brought my children to visit the urgent care. There are also endocrinologists here, OB/GYN care, physical therapists and other physicians and services. The waiting room is big and open, and it's always been very peaceful and calm whenever I have visited. I don't enjoy visiting any kind of doctor at any time, but whenever I visit a doctor or get a procedure done here, it's always been a good experience.“

“I had a thyroid biopsy with Dr. Benedict. Having had a thyroid biopsy elsewhere in Indianapolis several years ago, this was night and day difference. Very quick/efficient, not too painful (more uncomfortable than actually painful - and the discomfort is brief!) and you can tell she is very skilled at what she does. Same experience. Office staff is responsive & caring. Dr Clayton is accessible and involved in our care and oversees/coordinates issues among my DH’s specialists. On top of that they USE My Chart the way it should be used. My questions are answered, prescription issues addressed when needed. The My Chart tool used in this way, allows me to stay focused on issues, tests, appointments and medical history in a comprehensive manner (especially helpful as we age!)“
