“A few weeks ago we had Adam's Flooring replace our carpet in the entire upstairs of our home (over 1200 sf). I try to use local, reputable businesses whenever possible and Adam Nisley (the owner) was fantastic to work with. He was super friendly, easy-going, knowledgeable, very patient and no high pressure sales tactics. Throughout my conversations with him, I began feeling very confident if there were installation issues or if any problems surfaced down the road with the carpet, Adam would be fair and responsive in helping me resolve the issue. This was very important to me.

Once the carpet was ordered it was installed about 12 days later. Two installers showed up promptly at 8am and they had the whole job done by 4pm the same day. They did a fantastic job with the installation and our new plush carpet looks great. It does track quite a bit showing footprints and vacuum marks (I think most plush carpet does). This doesn't bother me much but might be an issue for some, so keep that in mind when deciding what carpet to go with.

Our overall experience was really great and I highly recommend Adam's Flooring if you are in the market for new carpet. Eventually we'll be replacing the laminate flooring downstairs with engineered hardwood and we have no hesitation in using Adam again. It's great finding quality businesses you can trust.

Fingers crossed the carpet will wear well over the years. We are making sure we comply with manufacturer's maintenance guidelines to keep it looking good and lasting as long as possible and to also comply with warranty requirements. Right now, it looks and feels amazing!!!“

Of course it wasn't easy, the house being about 130 years old but one always expects being thrown a curve in something that age. Tim came up with alternate plans and now all is well. “Matt, the owner, was fantastic. He was very patient with the time it took us to settle on the exact flooring for our family room and kitchen we wanted. We had also wanted to replace the ceramic tiling in our bathroom and 2 other contractors gave us bids around $1000 just to remove that existing tile. Matt told us we should leave it in because it was nice ceramic tile and if we were to ever sell the house, the ceramic tile would be more desirable than the LPV we wanted to put in the bathroom. He could have made a lot of money off us removing the tiling and replacing it with a lesser quality product, but he didn't. The day the flooring was delivered to our house it was obvious that the wrong flooring was delivered. Matt immediately checked the style number and was able to determine the makers of the flooring had made an error. Since we had already put all our furniture in another room Matt offered to give us a break on the price. The installation was done by Alex who is not only outstanding at laying flooring, but he's a hoot to talk with. I would use these guys in a heartbeat for any future flooring needs.“
