Was scouting some neighborhoods in the area under construction for a family member, and gashed our tire along the way. Fortunately, this location has had Jacob! After making it just in time (and kids in the car), Jacob took control of the situation immediately when I came looking for help! He promptly got us in and got us on our way. He even graciously gave a toy to our son's while we waited. If you need great service please PLEASE come to this location! Was so impressed, I booked service for our other car. Thank you very much Jacob and the whole Firestone Service Team.

The service manager Josh that is currently running that facility is extremely helpful went out of his way to ensure that the warranty issue was taken care of even to the point where it was extended to the front set of brakes I will have the rest of my maintenance done by this franchise for sure hopefully Josh will continue to work as a service manager and the new store manager coming in will have the same Customer Care that is currently being exhibited.. This Customer Care has not been shown in the past by previous managers whoever is hiring this current group of people seems to know what they are doing correctly
