“I have only lived in Fishers for five years but quickly discovered Neat Dry Cleaning.Always polite, Always on time, and Always reasonably priced.When there was a death in the family, they went out of their way to accommodate cleaning that had to be done - right away. What I’ll most remember was when I just dropped off a shirt, a brand new shirt and asked, “just pressed, it’s brand new, but I’ve got to wear it tonight.”That was in a Saturday morning and I was told, “two hours.” — the day got away from me but I remembered at about 4:45 and raced to Neat Cleaners making it just before 5pm.I said “Made it just in time” but was told, “we close Saturday at 4pm but I stayed open waiting for you.” — He waited an hour, for me, for one shirt. They made sure to get the family with four other kids back in the house as soon as possible. Ashley and Shannon were absolute angels and I couldn't have gotten through it without them. They even helped me search the house for home insurance information so that the whole service was covered. They were kind and exactly what I needed. “Daniel, the owner, is very friendly and easy to talk to. I've had him come clean several rooms of my house twice, as well as a couch, and he's done a great job each time. I was able to schedule and get him to my house within the week. He discusses options with you ahead of time and is VERY reasonable about his pricing. He also doesn't try to up-sell you on unnecessary carpet treatments. He even did a couple of extended areas for free, in my case, without me even asking!
